The idea of having an evil clan intriged me. If leader has been taken, then could I be a deputy?

Personality: Sharp, unkind, loyal and hates limitations. If in a battle, he never calls retreat. He has a desire to win everything. Proud and cold natured. He doesn't like helping, but the only clan he cares about is his own.
Description: Jet black pelt with icy blue eyes and white tabby stripes. he also has a scar over the bridge of his nose and three down his eye
History: As a kit, Nightkit never played fair. He strived to win everything he did, to a point on murdering his brother to get there. No one found out about what he did, and many suspected it was a rogue.
As an apprentice, he learned quickly. His fighting skills were well developed and he was good at hunting, but tracking was his best area.
Soon Nightpaw became Nightwhisker, named so for his tracking capabilities. He became deputy after the leader died and the deputy before him became a leader. He was announced deputy before the clan's new leader left to accept his nine lives. Nightwhisker was asked to join him, Nightwhisker returned alone, dragging the dead body of his leader after an unfortunate encounter with rogues, that left him with the scars he bore but his leader never received his nine lives. He went alone, and received the nine lives of a leader.
RP example: the night was silent, the moon high in the sky and silverpelt shone brightly against the blackness of sky. Nightstar looked up, his icy blue gaze wondered what was the next challenge that awaited him.
A noise in the distance sent his whickers twitching in excitement. A black tail tip of a cat twitched as there was no noise from the owner.
Without hesistation, Nightstar pounced on the intruder, knocking them back.
